1. Introduction & Acceptance
Who We Are
This website ("Site") is operated by PLE Computers Pty Ltd (trading as Sidekick PC), ABN 48 051 046 596 ("we", "us").
Your Agreement
By using our Site, browsing products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
It is your responsibility to read the current version, which may be updated online at any time.
2. Products & Services
We sell pre-built and build-to-order gaming PCs, along with laptops, mini-PCs, and select peripherals.
Descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability are for guidance only and can change without notice.
3. Account and Security
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
You agree to provide truthful information when registering and promptly update any changes.
Account credentials are confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. How Orders Work
Placing Your Order
An order from the Site constitutes an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance or rejection via email.
If we decline an order after payment, a refund will be issued.
Change or Cancellation
Before dispatch, we may cancel or modify your order. Once delivery is commenced, cancellation by you is not permitted.
Australian Orders Only
We only accept orders for delivery within Australia.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and select Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later options.
Only Australian-issued credit cards are accepted.
Payment authorisation occurs at the time of order acceptance.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship via Australia Post eParcel and StarTrack (where availability allows).
Estimated dispatch is within 1–4 business days if items are in stock, with delivery typically in 1–7 business days depending on your location.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
Items too large for postal services will ship via preferred courier and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
7. Risk and Title
Ownership of goods transfers to you upon delivery.
Risk passes to you once the courier delivers the parcel.
8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Sidekick does not ordinarily accept change of mind returns.
Where an exemption is made and a change of mind return is permitted, returned goods must be in "as-new" condition with all packaging sealed. Otherwise a change of mind return is not permitted.
Defective Goods & Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of goods.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods or services.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content, graphics, logos, software, and materials are owned or licensed by us and protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use content without our express written permission.
11. Privacy
We collect and manage personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Third‑Party Links
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g. payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content or any activity that occurs on such sites.
13. Promotions & Offers
Any promotions (sales, discounts, bundles) are subject to separate terms, which will be provided with the offer.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
